Artspace

Tue 24 July – Fri 31 August, 11am – 4pm

Compton Verney’s ever-popular Artspace returns on Tue 24 July. Artist Fire the Inventor from The Marvellous Mechanical Museum has begun a mechanical installation. Help by adding your own weird and wonderful creations. Learn the basics of mechanical movement and exercise your creative and engineering skills.

Perfect for the whole family! This activity is included in a day ticket admission and is FREE for Members and Annual Pass Holders.

Forest School Family Thursdays

Every Thu, 26 Jul – 30 Aug, 11am – 3pm

Come along dressed for the weather and make nature inspired crafts, silly soup in the mud kitchen, music in the sound space and art in the bat cave!

Drop-in sessions included in day ticket admission, Membership or Annual Pass. Don’t forget, under 5s go free!

Try your hand at Orienteering

Explore the Compton Verney Park with our orienteering trails, a great way to grab some fresh air and enjoy the great outdoors. There’s three maps created for different levels, from beginner to a more challenging course.

Maps available at the Welcome Centre to buy for £1 or download from our website. Visitors must have a valid Membership, Annual Pass or day ticket to explore the grounds.

Adventure playground

Climb, swing and explore in our children’s adventure playground, hidden away in the Christmas tree plantation. Don’t forget to try out the zip wire!

Suitable for all ages. This is included in a day ticket admission and is FREE for Members and Annual Pass Holders.
